We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.

Return Window Most items may be returned within 30 days of purchase in new and unused condition for a full refund to your original payment method.

How to Initiate a Return Contact us through our store's contact page to request a return. Once approved, you will receive a prepaid return shipping label within 2 business days. There are no label fees or restocking fees.

Refund Processing Refunds are issued to your original payment method once we have received confirmation and credit from our supplier. Please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to be processed after your return is received.

Return Exceptions The following items are subject to special return conditions:

  • Saddles, saddle pads, and bits must be returned in new and unused condition.
  • Horse blankets and sheets may be returned only if defective, or within 30 days in new and unused condition.
  • Electronic training equipment, collars, clippers, and clipper blades may be returned only if defective, or within 30 days in new and unused condition.
  • Personalized, monogrammed, or custom items are non-returnable. If there is an inaccuracy, please contact us for assistance.
  • Items marked Final Sale or No Returns are not eligible for return.
  • All items showing signs of use will not be refunded unless defective or inoperable.
  • Gift cards cannot be returned or redeemed for cash or credit except where required by law.

Non-Refundable Charges Shipping, freight, service charges, hazardous material charges, and drop-ship fees are non-refundable, except in cases of shipping error or manufacturer defect.
